IM Training is a sports performance and lacrosse training company founded by professional lacrosse player, Izzy McMahon.

Here at IM Training, we offer numerous services that are fit to provide an athlete with all that is necessary to help them optimize their performance. Regardless of your ability, sport, or gender, IM Training will ensure that you are receiving your exact needs to improve your performance and excel in your respective sport. At IM Training, average does not exist.
Team Training Programs
IM Training is now offering customized team training programs for both the high school and collegiate levels. If you are a coach in need of agility drills or strength programs that are more specific for your athletes, IM Training will set you up with a tailor-made program. All you have to do is coach them through it.
How It Works
This is 100% virtual.
After contacting IM Training, you will set up a virtual meeting to design a blueprint for exactly what your team needs. Once the groundwork and program duration is laid out, we will design a program with video demonstrations, descriptions and instructions on exactly how to run the drills/program. Upon completion, the program will be sent to you through her website, where only YOU and YOUR TEAM can access it with a code. Your exclusive and private program will be accessible from thereafter. We will keep in touch to make any tweaks or progressions necessary!

Speed & Agility Training
Aside from online programming, IM Training also offers in-person sports performance training. This type of training is open to athletes of any sport and for those that live locally. Athletes who register for this training must be able to commit to at least 1 training session a week. Within these sessions, athletes will undergo training both in the weight room and on the field. It is vital that any field or court athlete pairs strength training and speed development together.
How It Works
This is 100% in-person.
Similar to online programming, the first session in the weight room will be an evaluation to assess the athlete’s movement quality and introduce the athletes to the basic fundamentals of strength training. Speed development training will be done either outdoors or indoors where the athlete will be using equipment like resistance bands, sleds and medballs, focusing on the proper technique that is required for high velocity sprinting, acceleration and change of direction.
Women's Lacrosse
Instruction
Outside of sports performance training, IM Training also offers women’s lacrosse training for all ages. These sessions serve to develop a player’s skill set while also providing them with knowledge needed to compete at a high level. Within our lacrosse training programs, we aim to develop a holistic lacrosse player. Training the holistic lacrosse player is not just about sharpening their skills or giving recruiting tips. It’s also about presenting them with the opportunity to learn to love the game. We want to be able to build on an athlete’s talents but also feed their desire to be the ultimate competitor.
Clinics and Events
Our lacrosse clinics and events take place year round and across all states. We have been lucky enough to have already traveled to over 5 states hosting our own events or for various club teams. The focus of our clinics is to provide athletes with high level training and give them the opportunity to learn about what it takes to become the best version of themselves. We strive to create a positive but intense environment where they can compete, form new passions for the game and have fun.
